Keith is one of our bowlers who is fully visually impaired. However that doesn’t stop him from bowling here at Durham IBC. Supported by friends and colleagues he bowls to such a standard that he is currently ranked as the English and British Number 1.
In March this year, Keith travelled to the Visually Impaired World Bowling Championships and we can proudly say that he came Third, winning a Bronze medal.
We take pride that Durham IBC can help anyone enjoy participating in the game of Bowls, with our range of bowling aids, adapted wheelchairs and expertise with those visually impaired, ably supported by our trained coaches.
